OneFourOne

The setting for the film is the riverside industrial wasteland under Dartford Bridge strangely named officially as One Four One . Haunted by graffiti artists and dog walkers, it offers unpoliced green space and huge open skies for people in crisis seeking refuge in nature. The choreography and music reflect a persistent anxiety in the brain , exacerbated by constant urban stimuli, in contrast to the simple calming backdrop of nature . 

The film features three dancers, choreographed by myself with a score by composer Dave Randall . 

I made the film when I was dealing with a mental health episode. It asks the audience to consider the isolation of mental health issues and the solace that nature can provide.
